At Kooliz, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled.


Return & Replacement Process

Step 1:
If you receive an incorrect, expired, or damaged product, raise a return or replacement request within:

  • 7 days of delivery for incorrect or expired items

  • 2 days of delivery for damaged or missing items

You can submit your request by:

  • Using our Contact Form

  • Or emailing your order and contact details to support@kooliz.in

Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 2 working days.

Step 3:
If approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

Step 4:
Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will initiate a replacement/exchange or refund, based on stock availability.


Replacement Delivery Timeline

  • After approval and pickup, replacement/exchange orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.


Eligible Return/Replacement Conditions

We accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product received

  • Product is physically damaged or tampered

  • Packaging is compromised

  • Missing items in the shipment


Return/Replacement Not Accepted If

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, opened, or altered

  • Original packaging (labels, tags, mono cartons, etc.) is missing

  • Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Damaged/missing items are reported after 2 days of delivery


Return Processing

  • Pickup will be arranged within 5–7 business days after your return request is approved

  • The returned item will undergo a quality check at our warehouse

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled from the Order Details page under your My Account section

  • You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped

  • Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” cancellation may not be possible. However, you can still return it after delivery following our return policy


Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Please provide your bank account details for a secure refund process


Refund Timelines

  • Canceled Orders: Refunds processed within 3–5 working days

  • Returned Products: Refunds are initiated once the product passes the quality check

  • The complete return and refund cycle usually takes 7–10 days from the pickup date


Partial Returns

Yes, partial returns are allowed. You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, even if they were part of a larger order.
